Game UI

I made 2 death screens. one for a horror game and one for a japanese style RPG. i like the japanese one the most due to the smaller details such as the katana in the floor and also the crows in the background. i think the simplicity of it is very effective and the little details i mentioned earlier makes up for it. I also like the horror themed one. i took the idea from the batman arkham games. their death screen consists of the current villain you are facing mocking you for dying. In my oe you are against someone who is unknown but is always watching.
i used the bloody font in the horror game for the words "you died" and used a crimson red for the font shade.
for the JRPG i used the Bokor because i felt it was the most fitting for the style of the screen really well and the red also fits in with the sky.
the function of these will be for a death screen meaning if you die you will be met with one of these. while i stated i liked the design of the JRPG one better, i prefer the concept of the horror one more due to the main villain of the story having an interaction with you. i loved this feature in the batman arkham games and i would like to make my own version of that. i think a shadowy silhouette of the villain is perfect doe to the main concept of the villain is you don't know anything about it you just know its always watching and always lurking
